QUESTION: Where do i start?
 
ANSWER: You can put in your order two ways, one way is to send an email with details you want to
 go on your project along with photos if you have any, to this email info@120designs.net or you can 
click the “order form” link on the home page and put in your order that way. After that you will receive
 a paypal invoice by email or you can click the paypal link on the home page to make your payment,
once that is paid your project will be in line for production.
QUESTION:
How long does it take to complete a project?
ANSWER: 2-4 business days (depending on work load).
QUESTION: How do i pay?
 
ANSWER: Through paypal only, full payment up front before any work is started.
QUESTION: How do I get the final files?
ANSWER: Your final files will be emailed to you as a digital file, png, jpeg, eps or pdf.
QUESTION: Can i request changes to the artwork after the first draft?
ANSWER: Yes, you have 2 revisions after the first draft (minor changes), after that there will be extra
 charges for any other changes.
